On Tuesday, February 19, 2019 the Jersey City Housing Authority held the second session of the Holland Gardens Visioning Process. This interactive session sought detailed resident feedback about their homes and surrounding neighborhood through an interactive design charrette process led by the design firm Kitchen & Associates.
