Resident Right to Return Policy and HCVP Q&A

On Tuesday October, 29 2019 the Jersey City Housing Authority conducted its quarterly meeting with Holland Gardens residents regarding the revitalization of the Holland Gardens property. This was the second quarterly meeting and the ninth overall meeting with residents regarding the future of Holland Gardens. At this meeting, the JCHA's Executive Director, Vivian Brady-Phillips, reviewed the Right to Return Policy for Holland Gardens Residents that was signed by the JCHA Board of Commissioners on October 4, 2019.
