On Tuesday November 17, 2020 the Jersey City Housing Authority conducted a virtual meeting via Zoom with Holland Gardens residents regarding the revitalization of the Holland Gardens property. This was the first meeting to occur since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic and the first virtual Holland Gardens Resident meeting held by the JCHA. At this meeting, the JCHA's Executive Director, Vivian Brady-Phillips, reviewed the revitalization process at Holland Gardens and provided status updates, including an updated timeline and an expanded vision for the site which will include homeownership opportunities, a branch of the Jersey City Free Public Library, and commercial rental space.
