On Tuesday January 28, 2020 the Jersey City Housing Authority conducted its quarterly meeting with Holland Gardens residents regarding the revitalization of the Holland Gardens property. This was the third quarterly meeting and the tenth overall meeting with residents regarding the future of Holland Gardens. At this meeting, the JCHA's Executive Director, Vivian Brady-Phillips, reviewed the revitalization process at Holland Gardens thus far. In 2019, the JCHA worked with residents to discuss current conditions at the site and begin discussions about the future of Holland Gardens. Additionally, at this meeting Ms. Brady-Phillips reviewed the maintenance investments and initiatives the JCHA has undertaken in the past year to address resident concerns at the site prior to revitalization.
